The Forfeited Land Commission still has the following properties that are available to the public.

If you are interested in one of the properties you must send your request in writing to:

The letter must contain the address, parcel number, your name and address, contact telephone numbers and your offer on the property.

The FLC will then meet to approve the sale and you will be notified. You are responsible for any liens, mortgages, etc., that may be against the property, the FLC suggest that you perform a title search before you submit your request.
